This focused system is built around two powerful actives: Terminalia chebula, a potent antioxidant known for protecting skin from oxidative stress and supporting collagen integrity, and Tranexamic Acid, one of the most studied ingredients for addressing melasma and stubborn pigmentation. Clinical research has shown that tranexamic acid used with microneedling can significantly improve melasma outcomes while remaining safe and well tolerated across multiple skin types. The Chebula system launches with four targeted products designed to address pigmentation, barrier health and overall skin vitality for all Fitzpatrick skin types. Two additional products will soon complete the professional protocol: an advanced multi-corrective eye treatment addressing puffiness, dark circles, hydration and fine lines, and a gentle sensitive-skin cleanser to support compromised or reactive skin. Moving forward, the Chebula collection will be available exclusively to licensed professionals, reaffirming Derma MD’s commitment to professional skincare where it belongs.
