• Derma MD® offers one-on-one education to professionals through zoom calls, and at client’s location of business if required for a larger setting of staff.

• Derma MD ® recognizes the importance of a good relationship with our customers, and I try to be to be accessible to both the owners and the staff of our customers.   We strive to promote an understanding not only of the benefits and uses of each product to your staff, but also how to promote a client/patient’s understanding of the importance of homecare to ensure that procedures provided by the skin care professional continue to be the most effective and satisfying!

• Derma MD® also offers classes on HOW TO RETAIL PRODUCTS!  Much of the time, new aestheticians are hesitant to encourage home care using products from the aesthetician.  They mistakenly believe acting as a salesperson somehow detracts from their professionalism.  The fact of the matter is they are actually depriving clients/patients of the opportunity to use the most appropriate home care regimen, and thereby maximizing the BENEFITS provided by the aesthetician.

• I’m an Aesthetician by trade but have been in sales my entire adult life.  I learned at a very early stage in my Aesthetic career, the importance of retail sales to my customer’s spa or practice.    My take on this…”Procedures are the accelerator in repairing damaged skin…Home Care is the continuation of that process for optimal results in the long run” .
