- One time set up fee of $55.00 per each design with logo, information, etc. for layout per our graphic designer. Design can be submitted if desired by customer graphic artist.
- Customer provides Logo in printable form.
- Packaging same as Derma MD included in product pricing, if different packaging desired, customer is responsible for ordering and drop shipping to Derma MD®.
- Labels or Silkscreen Available- Cost to Customer.
- MOQ –250 per product.
- Up front charges are paid in full at time of Purchase Order
- 50% down on products at time of Purchase Order- Balance due upon shipment.
- Lead Time: Approximately 4-6 weeks after final proof.
